Located 95 kilometers from the capital of Patna, Bihar, Nalanda University was a world-famous center of education during the reign of the Gupta Empire and later during the rule of the Emperor of Kannauj, Harshavardhana.

It inspired by Vedic education and attended by many scholars from various regions including China, Korea, Central Asia, and Tibet. It destroyed by the Muslim army in the 12th century.

7.Konark Temple(Odisha):

The Konark Sun Temple built in 1255 AD by the ruler of the erstwhile Ganga dynasty, on the banks of the river Chandrabhaga.

This Kalinga style temple is famous for its architecture and a chariot style temple with 12 pairs of specially carved wheels, columns, and walls carved by seven horses.
